  • I am based in South East London and currently cover Crystal Palace, West Norwood, Penge and South Norwood. If you are just outside of these areas please do get in touch as I may still be able to accommodate you, just drop me a message and we can chat!

  • Yes! Pregnancy massage is a wonderfully safe and effective way to support your body through the incredible journey of pregnancy. As a specialist pregnancy massage therapist, I am fully trained and insured to work with pregnant clients. As with any therapy during pregnancy, there are some contraindications where massage may not be suitable, so I will always carry out a full consultation before your session to make sure it is safe and right for you.

  • I welcome clients from 12 weeks onwards. During the first trimester the risk of miscarriage is at its highest and while massage does not cause miscarriage, I recommend waiting until after your 12 week scan so that you can relax and fully enjoy your treatment. From 12 weeks right through to your due date, pregnancy massage can be a beautiful way to ease discomfort and nurture yourself.

  • In most cases a GP or midwife note is not required. However if you have a high risk pregnancy, have been advised to rest, or have any pregnancy complications such as placenta praevia, pre-eclampsia or blood clots, I would ask that you get clearance from your midwife or GP before we go ahead. If you are unsure, just drop me a message and we can chat it through before you book.

  • The Body Ready Method® (BRM®) is a science-backed approach to pregnancy and postnatal movement and bodywork. Rather than just offering general modifications, it works specifically and intentionally with the birthing body across five key pillars, the pelvis, pelvic floor, core, upper body and movement patterns. As a certified BRM® professional, I incorporate these principles into my treatments to help you feel strong, balanced and prepared throughout your pregnancy, birth and postnatal recovery. It can help reduce common pregnancy aches and pains, support better baby positioning, minimise pelvic floor dysfunction and encourage a smoother recovery after birth. Think of it as stacking the cards in your favour for the journey ahead!

  • After a straightforward vaginal birth I can see you from around 2 weeks postnatal. If you have had a C-section I recommend waiting until at least 6 weeks and until your GP has given you the all clear at your postnatal check. Every body is different though, so if you are unsure just get in touch and we can work out the best time for you.

  • Absolutely! In fact I love it! I completely understand that as a new mum you may not want to be separated from your baby, especially in those early weeks. Your baby is more than welcome to be in the room during your treatment. I just ask that they are safely settled in a pram, moses basket or bouncer nearby. If they need a feed or a cuddle during the session we can simply pause, this is your time and there is no rush.

  • I totally understand that life with a bump or a new baby is beautifully unpredictable! I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost. If you are unwell or have a pregnancy related emergency please just let me know as soon as possible and we will always find a way to sort it out together.

  • I aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours during working days.
